What This Site Does
Hawaii makes many government records available to the public, but Honolulu custody records are split across agencies. OCCC is run by the Hawaii Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, not a county sheriff. HPD maintains arrest logs and police records. The Hawaii Judiciary maintains eCourt Kokua. Federal and immigration detainees use BOP and ICE systems. This site brings those record paths, facility contacts, visitation basics, and request steps into one local reference point.
